Beyond physical Bibles, tools like Bible Gateway provide access to over 200 versions in 70 languages, audio Bibles, devotionals, and more—all for free. These resources make it easier than ever to not only read but also understand the Bible deeply. Let’s not take this privilege for granted. Dive into God’s Word today with the tools available to you!
False teachers and teachings have been a threat since the first century and remain so today. While false teachings are doctrinal errors, false teachers intentionally deceive and contradict Christ’s message, causing division and confusion. Jesus and the apostles warned us to stay vigilant. As Charles Spurgeon said, “Discernment is knowing the difference between right and almost right.” Knowing God’s Word deeply is our best defense against error. This isn’t about winning arguments but protecting the truth of the gospel, preserving faith, and guiding others to Christ. Stay watchful, stay grounded, and stay true.
Behold Israel, led by native Israeli Amir Tsarfati, is dedicated to providing accurate reporting on events in Israel and the region. Through live updates and teachings rooted in God’s Word, Amir cuts through global media bias to deliver the truth. With about a third of the Bible dedicated to prophecy, this essential topic is often overlooked in churches today. Behold Israel brings prophecy to the forefront, helping believers understand current events through a biblical lens.

Four months ago, I faced challenges that tested my body and spirit to the limit: a heart attack and three strokes. Yet, I survived, and I believe my recovery was carried by the power of thousands of prayers during my 53 days in the hospital.
For this, I am deeply thankful.
As Psalm 34:19 reminds us: "The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all."
Faith in God’s Plan
From the beginning, I accepted that God’s will for my life was unfolding. When people told me, “God must have something major planned for you,” I found comfort and strength in a simple response inspired by Luke 1:38: "I am the Lord’s servant. May your word to me be fulfilled."
This verse guided me as I transitioned from survival to seeking purpose, reminding me that my journey is in His hands.
The Four Steps of Recovery and Renewal
1. Believe
Believe in God’s plan, in the power of faith, and in your ability to grow stronger each day. Belief is the foundation that keeps me moving forward, even when challenges feel overwhelming. As it says in Mark 9:23: “Everything is possible for one who believes.”
2. Surrender
Surrendering doesn’t mean giving up; it means releasing control and trusting God. It’s about placing your burdens and uncertainties in His hands, knowing that He will guide you. Proverbs 3:5-6 has been my anchor: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
3. Act
Faith without action is incomplete. Recovery requires active participation—embracing healthy habits, seeking support, and doing the work to rebuild both body and spirit. As James 2:26 says: “As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.” God provides strength for every step we take in faith and obedience.
4. Persist
The road to healing is long and often difficult. Persistence means staying committed to the journey, even on days when progress feels slow. It’s about holding onto hope and continuing forward, one step at a time. Galatians 6:9 offers encouragement: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Conclusion: A Testimony of Grace
Each day I live is a gift—a reminder that my story isn’t over. As I reflect on my journey, I lean on 2 Corinthians 12:9: "But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me."
My recovery has taught me to trust in God’s plan, embrace His grace, and find strength in His Word.
By sharing my story, I hope to inspire others to find peace, perseverance, and purpose in their walk with Christ.

Walking Through Doubt: Finding Faith and Assurance After Facing Death
It's completely normal to feel uncertainty or doubt, especially after facing a life-altering experience like surviving heart attacks and strokes.
Many people who come close to death wrestle with questions about their faith, purpose, and relationship with God. Let me assure you that these feelings do not mean your faith is lacking—they are a natural part of the spiritual journey.
Faith and Doubt
Even some of the strongest believers in the Bible wrestled with doubt and uncertainty:
• Thomas doubted Jesus' resurrection until he saw the scars for himself (John 20:24-29). Jesus didn't condemn him but gently reassured him.
• David poured out his heart in the Psalms, often crying out to God in moments of despair and questioning (Psalm 13:1-2).
• Job faced unimaginable suffering and questioned God's plans but ultimately trusted in His wisdom (Job 42:1-6).
These stories remind us that faith doesn't mean never questioning or doubting; it means bringing those feelings to God and trusting Him to guide you through them.
Assurance of Salvation
Your salvation is not dependent on your feelings; it’s rooted in God’s promises. Here are a few verses to cling to:
• Romans 10:9: "If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
• Ephesians 2:8-9: "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast."
• John 10:28-29: "I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand."
God’s promises are unshakable, even when your emotions fluctuate.
Facing Doubts After Facing Death
Facing mortality often brings a heightened awareness of our spiritual lives. The enemy may try to exploit this vulnerability, planting seeds of doubt or fear.
But remember:
1. God is with you: "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me" (Psalm 23:4).
2. Doubt can strengthen faith: When we bring our doubts to God, we grow deeper in understanding and trust.
3. Prayer is your refuge: Pour out your feelings honestly to God. Ask Him to help you overcome doubts and increase your faith, as the father did in Mark 9:24: "I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!"
Moving Forward
1. Seek Community: Surround yourself with believers who can support and pray for you. Sharing your journey will encourage others and help you feel less alone.
2. Meditate on God’s Word: Regular time in scripture reminds you of His promises and strengthens your faith.
3. Focus on God’s Faithfulness: Reflect on how He has carried you through your health challenges, and trust He will continue to do so.
Your journey of faith is unique and valuable, even in times of doubt. Be patient with yourself and trust that God is still at work in your heart. You are deeply loved and secure in Him.
